Requests for additional information regarding adoption service providers may be made to IAAME by visiting the IAAME website Contact Us page or by emailing contact@iaame.net. The following information will be made available upon request:
- Whether the adoption service provider has a pending application for accreditation or approval, and, if so, the date of the application and whether it is under active consideration or whether a decision on the application has been deferred;
- A brief statement of the reason for the adverse action of suspension, cancellation, refusal to renewal accreditation or approval, or debarment as reported in the Adverse Action Report document.
- Verification of whether an adoption service provider has any substantiated complaints against them, and the status and nature of such complaints.
