Locating an Adoption Service Provider

The Directory includes the name, address, contact information and locations for each provider, information regarding each provider’s accreditation or approval status, intercountry adoption services provided, and countries where the provider act as a primary provider.

The following information about adoption service providers under IAAME’s Jurisdiction is made available upon specific request. Requests for any or all of the information may be made by contacting IAAME at contact@iaame.net.
  1. Confirmation of whether the adoption service provider has a pending application for accreditation or approval, and, if so, the date of the application and whether it is under active consideration or whether a decision on the application has been deferred.
  2. If the adoption service provider has been subject to suspension, cancellation, refusal to renew accreditation or approval, or debarment, as reported in the IAAME Adverse Action Report, a brief statement of the reasons for the adverse action.
  3. Verification of whether there have been any substantiated complaints against the adoption service provider, and if so, information about the status and nature of any such complaints.
