IAAME Substantiated Complaints and Adverse Action Report

 

Requests for additional information regarding adoption service providers may be made to IAAME by visiting the IAAME website Contact Us page or by emailing contact@iaame.net.  The following information will be made available upon request:

  1. Whether the adoption service provider has a pending application for accreditation or approval, and, if so, the date of the application and whether it is under active consideration or whether a decision on the application has been deferred;
  2. A brief statement of the reason for the adverse action of suspension, cancellation, refusal to renewal accreditation or approval, or debarment as reported in the Adverse Action Report document.
  3. Verification of whether an adoption service provider has any substantiated complaints against them, and the status and nature of such complaints.
